I was extremely happy with Greenfield dental as a service provider for getting<br>my dental work done. The staff are amazing and went the extra mile to ensure that my experience was excellent and that I was well looked after. I was given soft foods to ensure I was able to eat after my implants, along with relevant medications provided to ensure a speedier recovery and less chance of negative issues occurring. They also kept in close contact to ensure everything was ok. Taxis were provided for all my transport to and from treatment, as well as airport transfers which took all the hassles out of trying to get around. All staff were amazing, I mainly communicated with Rachael who was so efficient, empathetic and patient, even when I asked a million questions. Nothing was too much trouble! The transparency was excellent and it was important to this company that everything was understood and above board, this really gave me confidence in my dealings with them. The outcome of my treatment was amazing and has transformed my “smile” I never thought it Would look so great! Thanks to the Rachael and the. I had lost my retainer when backpacking in Vietnam. It was my last day in Hanoi and I was very short for time. I called the clinic and they saw me immediately, made impressions and worked on my retainer. Within 5 hours they had completed the retainers and I went to try them on. I’m extremely impressed by the quality of service that I received, I would happily get other dental work done here if required. Such a fast service would be impossible in the UK, I really appreciate the prioritisation that the staff were able to provide.

As an American, this place was beyond impressive. So simple, streamlined, plenty of English spoken and great communication on Whatsapp. I loved how they could take us right away, clean, modern and straight forward with the prices. What a change from the piles of paperwork needed in the states.

I emailed a couple of clinics across Bangkok, HCMC and Hanoi re dental implants - decided on Greenfield as 1. they gave me the most comprehensive response within the day 2. communication was clear in English.<br><br>During consultation, the implant dentist checked my teeth condition and did an x-ray before providing recommendations on treatment options. A servicing staff was also assigned to help with translation/communication with the dentist (along with scheduling and check-ins via whatsapp following up). All questions were patiently answered and cost options simply outlined for one to make an informed decision.<br><br>Throughout the course of my treatment (2 x 2 week trips over the span of 3+ months), I’ve received so much kindness from everyone at Greenfield on top of the professional dental care provided~<br><br>Would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone that’s looking to geo arbitrage complex dental work - I only wish it’s closer to home!<br><br>Thank you so much, team Greenfield 🫶🏻

Found this by chance through Google. Their service is top notch, very professional, no hard selling. Their X-Ray machine is so advanced, better than the one my dental clinic had in Singapore. Highly recommended.
