Do you accept walk-in patients?
Yes, we accept walk-ins. However, booking ahead gets priority and no waiting time.
Implants
Is implant surgery painful?
Implant surgery is performed under local anesthesia so you won't feel pain. Some swelling may occur for 2-3 days after.
How long do implants last?
Implants can last a lifetime with proper care. We offer 10-year to lifetime warranty on implant posts.
How much do implants cost?
Depending on the type, prices range from 15 million VND (Korean) to 45 million VND (American) including post + crown. 0% installments available.
Orthodontics
What age can you get braces?
There's no age limit for braces. Children from age 7 can receive early intervention, and adults can get braces at any age.
How long does orthodontic treatment take?
Depending on severity, typically 12-24 months. Invisalign may be faster for mild cases.
Is Invisalign effective?
Invisalign is effective for most mild to moderate cases. Our orthodontist will evaluate and recommend the best method.

Do you offer installments?
Yes, we offer 0% interest installments via credit card for services over 5 million VND.
Do you accept insurance?
We partner with major insurance companies. Please contact us to check your insurance benefits.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, e-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay).
How much is the first visit?
Initial consultation is completely FREE. Fees only apply when treatment begins.
Warranty
How long is the warranty?
Varies by service: fillings 1 year, porcelain crowns 5-10 years, implant posts lifetime.
What does the warranty cover?
Free repair and replacement for technical defects. Does not cover damage from accidents.
